What has to go through the marketplace

Orders, payment problems, delivery tracking and returns all live in the account you ordered from. We cannot see an order, change an address or issue a refund from here. Their support handles those in minutes; we would only be forwarding the message.

Writing about fit

The useful message says: bust, waist and hip in inches, the piece you want, and how you like clothes to sit. That is enough for us to point at a row on the chart. Without numbers we can only repeat the size guide.
